"Walked in to tour. . Went thru the entire spiel for the owner to tell me they basically cant do business with me. This is something that you say immediately when a parent notifies you a child is special needs. I would rather be denied in advance then waste my time."
"Children with allergies BEWARE! Our child attended this facility February 2022-August 2022, he has an allergy to egg, and we informed the facility and director of this at the time of enrollment. All of the proper paperwork and medication were provided to the facility, and we were informed of the facility guidelines for children with allergies. On August 26, our son's room had a celebration and the teacher/aides in the room gave cupcakes to every child. Along with taking several images of the celebration and posting it to the parents virtual bulletin board, which is when my husband and I noticed our son eating a cupcake. I hesitated to call to confirm that the cupcake he was eating in the picture was egg free, since I understood the strict guidelines for food allergies that the facility director assured me of, but I decided to call just in case. I spoke with the director, told her the situation and was put on hold for several minutes. I had a pit in my stomach and felt like my fear was correct, and left for the facility before the director got back on the line, informing me the cupcake my son ate was indeed NOT egg free, and that he did ingest it. Claiming that she was unaware of the celebration and the teacher was supposed to inform her of the party so she could verify with the teacher about any food allergies. Which I figured would have been essential for all faculty to be aware of, especially staff working closely with my son. I got to the facility, grabbed my son and noticed that he was beginning to have an allergic reaction and went straight to the ER. We were promptly seen by the staff because of the severity of the situation and my son was given medication and monitored for a few hours. There were so many mistakes that took place that day, and everyone on the staff involved put my son's life in danger because they didn’t follow safety guidelines. Every childcare facility has corporate, state, and federal guidelines that need to be followed for the safety of ALL children. Along with everything that happened, they weren’t even aware of the massive mistake they made, and how they had endangered my son's life. We pulled my son from that facility that day. Parents of all children, and especially parents of children with allergies; please beware of this facility, any other Childtime location, as well as any other facility owned/operated by Learning Care Group, including; La Petite Academy Tutor Time The Children's Courtyard Everbrook Academy Montessori Unlimited AppleTree & Gilden Woods U-GRO Creative Kids Learning Center Young School Pathways Learning Academy"
"the director to this day care is very unprofessional and rude disrespectful.my five-year-old son is very scared of her I really don't know how she works with children today I had to pull my kids out of daycare they no longer going to attend Childtime the director acted like she was coming at me to fight me physically, screaming at me in front of my three-year-old. she is very unprofessional and needs to be removed from this facility immediately. ."
"Happy Staff, Happy Baby! You are able to view the playroom with online cameras. The staff is very responsive and kind. My baby gets a lot of personal attention from the teachers and other toddlers. We get updates for every milestone during the day - including some photos updates of our happy baby playing in the nursery. We are very happy."
"My daughter has been here for almost two years. She loves it and the teachers are great. They work well with the students. My daughter is four and she can write her name, list several words in spanish and does lots of art work! They do activities and its comforting to know that my daughter is safe and happy here."
