"Grateful for what Family Focus offers, but the people they hire are horrible. ANALLELY is extremely unprofessional, that hides from her customers. I have been calling her regarding my wife’s paperwork and she does not answer her phone. We went to the office last week and tells the receptionist to lie that she is not in the office. We clearly saw her in there and she had the audacity to lie. Family Focus is a great organization, but should definitely have consequences for employees like Anallely."

"Worst customer service I’ve ever had. I called to schedule an appointment for a DACA renewal and it took over a month for them to respond via text with availability. When I texted back, I received no response for another month even though I would text them to inquire quite often. After about another month, I was texted again asking if I still needed an appointment. My sister has had similar experiences with them and their front office staff is rude when calling in and at times refuse to schedule appointments. They told my sister that she didn’t need an appointment for a DACA renewal, but when my brother in law called, they scheduled an appointment for him right away."
