One lady talked with a customer for an extended amount of time then sat to make phone calls (never said, anything such as please give me a few minutes) while me and another customer waited for assistance. I finally walked out. DO NOT waste your time visiting this store! I will be contacting corporate next week. My advice to s stop all that damn talking and keep it moving. I understand you are short handed but at least service the customers in front of you and STOP making calls to people who owe you."

The letter states that as a returning customer process takes less than 10 minutes and get funds “without calling or visiting a store with our online customer portal!” Now I already know I’m not the sharpest tool in the crayon box. However, this is all part of a dishonest business tactic. No matter the circumstances this website directs customers to call and visit the store. This local cash store charges between 260 and 769% interest for loans compared to 18-36% for similar loans with One Main Financial."
