"I HIGHLY recommend Myo Solution Massage Therapy. After sleeping on my side funny I had horrible upper back, shoulder and arm pain. The pain radiated down my arm with numbness and tingling and I was so worried I might have a herniated disc in my neck. I scheduled an MRI but for short term relief until I could figure out what was going on I went on the hunt for therapeutic massage and found Han with Myo Solution Massage Therapy. After one session she was able to get my horribly locked up shoulder to release quite a bit and for the first time in two weeks I didn’t have the constant pain, numbness and tingling! She is a wonderful massage therapist and is highly skilled with all the right trigger points and techniques to relieve tight muscles and fascia. After a second session I almost feel completely back to normal and I am amazed! After sharing my experience with my doctor, she agreed it would be good to continue and wrote an order saying it’s medically necessary for my to have myofascial massage so I may even be able to get my insurance to cover part of the cost. I will be having routine massages with Han moving forward to work on trigger points and tightness before it becomes a debilitating injury in the future. It’s also extremely convenient that she comes to you! She brings the massage table and sets up right in my living room. Prices are very reasonable for the skill level and type of therapeutic massage they offer."
