"Bad service. Packages are always late or never received. Daughter order Xmas present and she never received. Even after the app said was delivered to P.O. Box waited 3 weeks didn’t receive."

"Constantly sending back packages with the correct address and P.O. box. The women there are snarky and rude. Especially the woman with bleached blonde hair. If you can, get everything through UPS."

"If I could give less that one star I would. Maybe they're understaffed? I don't know. What I do know is that they've sent back packages with the correct address on them and presently "can't find" the packages that show they are awaiting pickup. If you are the owner and are reading this you need to clear house or retrain employees. This is absolutely unacceptable."

"workers here be slow as hell usps tracking stated my package has been available to pick up since early morning maybe around 10 am but i’ve gone twice in a matter of two days and nothings there. i understand they might be understaffed but gadamn! this isn’t the first time something like this has happened, i once had my package obviously opened but i just let it slide to avoid any conflict. not to mention the ladies that work there are super rude and don’t actually want to help customers with whatever they need. everyone seems to hate the service here and with good reason"
