"My wife and I came here for our anniversary after seeing reviews for the place, and it exceeded all expectations. Even though we didn't have a reservation and they were fairly busy, they were able to seat us upstairs, where we had the room to ourselves. Everything from the appetizer to the dessert was prepared to perfection, and the staff ensured we had anything we needed without being overbearing. Everyone was friendly and helpful when it came to any questions we had regarding the menu. The prices were more than fair given how excellent each dish was. Can't recommend this place enough; my wife and I will certainly be returning when we come through the area again."

"Highly recommend this restaurant. It is super quaint. Basically it looks like someone's house. The bathroom still has a claw foot tub in it! We met the owner as we entered. We did not have a reservation but they took care of us right away. We were brought upstairs to - basically a bedroom. It's decorated very nicely. There were four smaller tables in the room. After a few minutes we had the small room to ourselves! Our server Tory was very attentive and knew the menu well! The shrimp burratta is top notch. A perfect cook on every generous portion of shrimp, and the sauce with roasted tomatoes was amazing. We also had the salmon which had a nice mustard glaze on it. Hands down will come again. This truly is a hidden gem. In all of Peoria if you are looking for fresh quality food and to be treated like a special guest I highly recommend you go to Kemp 208!"
