"So disappointed I feel like our dog was abused and neglected!! We had an appointment for a groom cut and bath at 9:30am and he wasn’t even put on the table until 5pm. We called several times asking for an update and were told he had been in a kennel the entire time and broke his nail scratching at it. This was when we finally got ahold of the store at 5pm!!! He was cut too close inside both ears and had an open wound on his back from the razor!!!! Jasmine was the woman who worked on our dog and she offered no apologies or explanations. Eric the grooming concierge tried to explain as best he could, offered sincere apologies and discounted our bill. Sadly my dog has been neglected and cut in several areas. I see they have good reviews but unfortunately our experience with Jasmine was truly awful and the entire store holding our dog in a kennel over 7 hours and not calling once to update us on the lack of progress. We will not be returning and wanted to spread the word about this."

"First off, Roland is amazing! We love seeing him when we go in and he always spoils my baby boy w a treat! They are all so accommodating at this location and always friendly. Very helpful and this store is always organized w tons of options. This location is our go to Petco!"

"!!!This is unacceptable!!! As a fish hobbyist, I say never buy fish from here. Maybe other related items, but even their plants are half dead. Over 50% of their tanks were "not for sale, under observation." I understand that, and it's its good practice to not sell noticeable sick fish. However, to allow dead fish to be sucked up into the filter intake and leave them there causes not only water flow issues and temperature but extreme dispensing of ammonia and nitrites to rise in the tank and kill other live fish! It was disgusting! To top it off, I listened to an employee trying to "inform" and sell neon tetras to a younger person with a 2 gal tank! They need to be in maybe a 10, for sure, 20, and in a large group of 6 to be happy and healthy! The last pic is the worst. That glob was molded, which means it's been there for a long time! I apologize for the bad pictures."

"Went here to get my dog groomed and I left with a poor experience. I asked to trim off 1/2 inch off my dog and they shaved his hair down all the way to the point where I can see his skin. Attached is a before and after and as you can see he is basically bald now. Would not recommend"
