"Unprofessional and rude, tried to overcharge me for a simple ESA letter. He got all defensive and started throwing a fit over the phone when I simply asked him why his prices were as high as they were despite me being insured and then hung up on me. I called him out for being unprofessional and hanging up on me about as polite and professional as you could be over email, but apparently all this falls under verbal abusive in Mr. Ingrams's eyes. Ended up finding Dr. Miki Tesh instead who couldn't have been any more of a sweetheart and offered the service in 1 session and at less than half the price. Guy is an absolute tool, I wouldn't recommend him to anyone."
