"Pauline’s Flowers did an INCREDIBLE job on my wedding. The entire team went above and beyond from start to finish. They were honest and candid, offering alternative options to best suit my needs. My bouquets were STUNNING, and completely fulfilled everything I asked for and more. Our centerpieces were beautiful and unique. The customer service provided: from set up, to the return of vases, was so convenient and made all the difference during a stressful day. Definitely recommend!!!!"
"Here is a photo of what I ordered and paid $49.99 plus 15.99 for shipping and handling they said and the next photo is what I got. The decision is yours as to how good of a florist this is!!!"
"Go anywhere else!!!! My family and I are extremely disappointed in our experience with Pauline's. I believe they took advantage of us at one of the hardest times our family was going through. They were counting on the fact that we were so focused on laying our loved one to rest, that they over charged us, did not make the arrangement like anything we agreed on, and did not follow through on showing us pictures or inviting us to see the arrangement before they charged my card as promised. We agreed on a budget, which they blew. We agreed on all roses, and instead they used some roses with carnations. We agreed on a size, and it was half of that. And lastly they only did what would be considered the "front" of the arrangement. The funeral staff had to keep rotating it throughout the service and at the burial site. At a time we should have been able to grieve and lay our loved one to rest.. We had to worry about why we were overcharged for something we didn't ask for or agree on."
"On Thursday we placed an order online for two $70 bouquets of red roses and stargazer lillies to be delivered Saturday to our business. On Saturday we received one of the bouquets with similar flowers, and were told the second one would be delivered Monday. Later Saturday, after we were closed, we received a message saying we had ordered 2 of the same bouquets and if we wanted to make a change, please let them know before Monday. We aren't open Sunday, and we didn't want a change, so we didn't call Monday when we got in. The bouquet arrived Monday just before 5pm, with 3 white roses, and a bunch of white mum flowers. We called to ask why it was so different, and the lady that answered was extremely rude saying that since we placed the order online, the online company gets the money for the flowers, and they're only getting a small percentage of what we paid, so they can't give us the flowers we paid for, and if we had a problem with the flowers, we need to take it up with the online company not the company that put the flowers together and delivered them, Pauline's. My question was, why are they complaining to the customer about their poor business decisions? She just kept saying it's not her problem that we got the flowers she got paid for, instead of the flowers we actually paid for. Poor customer service. We were understanding about a late bouquet and the slight differences with the first, but it's not the customer's problem that you decided to contract with an online company that takes your money."
"I was out of town when a very dear lady close to my heart passed away. I felt so bad I couldn't get back for the services. I called Pauline's and told them what I was looking at spending and that I didn't really know what to pick. They told me what was being sent already and sent me photos of what they had in mind for me to send. Wasn't my first choice. So I looked up some different things and sent a picture back of something else IdI prefer. They took time out to send me a picture back of what they had that closely resembled what I asked for. I recognize I'm not their only customer. Yet they took time to communicate with me as to what was being sent and what I was paying for. I can't thank them enough! And I know they took pride in my trust in them to do this for me. Thank you Jan and girls at Pauline's for going out of your way to help me."
