"My lasting impression of Dr. Balasingham is that she is invested in her work and deeply cares about her clients and their outcomes. She is very professional, always on time and always quick to respond to any out of the office concern. She's open about her technique, and is always willing to discuss any issues that you may have. In general, she is very open and receptive, empathetic in her discussions and easy to talk to that makes discussing difficult issues seem rather weightless, and also gives you a unique ability to explore parts of yourself that you may have otherwise never uncovered in a lifetime. I was at first reluctant about psychotherapy, but having gone through several months of it, I can honestly say I look forward to sessions with Dr. Balasingham, because I can feel the progress I've made in daily life, and am excited to share progress with such a great and personable therapist."
