Really non existent after reaching out to get answers on the next steps after getting approved for a car loan. No reply from a employee member named Cheryl Hurst was very excited to have seemed that it was going too be a smooth process after they ran my credit. Anyways do yourself a favor stay away and far away they don't value your time and or care!"
"We have been waiting on our title to process for over a month now. We have called weekly because we have been told a different story by every agent. Today I had the unfortunate interaction of speaking with Agent #2508 - Clarissa, who was terribly rude and unhelpful. She acted as if I wasn't a customer and made the whole interaction absolutely terrible. My wife and I can not wait until this whole process is done, would not recommend! Since we can not comment on the response, I will add it here. We tried multiple times to add me and were told time and time again it was in processing. Would you care to comment on how we called every week for over a month and were told it was in route to our address? It is funny how the last call we were told a straight answer, which was "for some reason the title has not been processed, we will overnight it". We had a car transaction that was waiting on this and each customer service rep could not care less. Thank you for responding, that rep should be reprimanded and retrained. I would not take my business back based on that experience."
