"Just outstanding. Two very cheerful young men brought our Sealy mattress today and we couldnt be more please. Carefully unwrapped the package and placed it on the bed. Were happy to take away the old mattress. Highly recommend."
"Ordered a gas range from Home Depot. They delivered it on time and damaged. We sent it back. Probably not their fault. They delivered the second one, on time and DAMAGED. It was almost impossible to figure out who to talk to about our 2 damaged ranges. The delivery guys were nice enough but weren’t much help. Home Depot suggested another manufacturer, hoping the damage was a GE problem. We ordered a new range from LG after being without a range for over a month. On the day that the 3RD range was to be delivered, the delivery people just DID NOT SHOW UP. When we called to complain we learned that the delivery guys claimed to have come to our home and couldn’t make contact. An absolute lie. After calling and complaining AGAIN we were told that our range would be delivered by 8am two days later. We were even given a managers number and told to call at 8am if they weren’t there. Of course they weren’t and when we called the manager didn’t answer. Anyway, we got our range 4 hours later. This was the WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!"
"Had a delivery yesterday from Home Depot with this company in El Paso, Texas. Johnny had the worst attitude from the moment I opened the door. He was so rude and unprofessional. It continued all thru the process. I didn’t say anything until the end when I finally had enough. I can out right and told him how rude he was from the beginning. He got upset and refused to give me the receipt I signed. Therefore I have no record nor phone number to call to complain. I tried calling the number on website and it is not in service. Red flag right there. Beware, This person has no business working in this profession, no PR knowledge whatsoever."
"Got home from work today to find that my neighbors were having something delivered. Not very professional to have someone else’s entire driveway blocked while making a delivery. Good thing I had a few minutes to spare while these guys figured it out."
"Daryl Flood Logistics delivered a refrigerator for us, bringing it from Home Depot in El Paso to Silver City, NM. Their service was excellent, professional and extremely responsive. We live on a dirt road with a steep hill, and when they realized the hill was too much for their long trailer, they left the trailer at the main road, put the refrigerator in the back of the pickup truck and brought it to our house. On site, they carried the refrigerator into the house and did the necessary assembly. They were highly organized, gave us a call an hour before delivery, and were professional in every way. After they'd left, we discovered that one of the handles was broken. I called them, and they came back, and when they couldn't fix the problem, they ordered replacement parts from Home Depot. Excellent service--thanks!"
