"Hired them for dove release from my grandmother’s funeral. They asked us to pick a song that would be placed with the dove release. That song wasn’t played at all. The man speaking was mumbling and we could barely understand him. Also a family member was supposed to release the dove. He just walked up and gave the dove to the person that was standing closer to him to release. I give them at-least a star because they did fit us in their schedule but for $325.00 none of the 2 main things were done at all. They need to be more professional. I called them today to let them know how I felt and Velma was like well what you want me to do huh. It’s like they didn’t care that my grandmother’s dove release went well."
