"No way this company has 5 stars, been waiting for over 2 hour for a reconnect, I wish oncore would leave the state of Texas and never come back. This is a company that does not care if you are left without electricity and thats sad because that all they do is screw over customs"
"I want to thank you employees for getting the power back on Sunday morning. I watched them from 2:45 am until 6:40 working on the lines. I was concerned for their safety because they were in the bucket working on the lines high above the ground and the wind was blowing real bad. I'm not sure people understand how hard utility employees work or how many long cold hours they put in while the rest of us are sleeping, but I want them to know they are appreciated. Thank you all very much for what you do and I really hope this note isn't the only one of its kind. Judy Bivens South ridge RV Park"
