"Never fails that if something is scheduled to be delivered on a thursday or a friday youre not going to see it untill monday anyway. Very frequently packages will arrive early in the day and then conveniently up until right after the location actually closes the package will still be unavailable for pick up"
"After talking to people of the town I realize I am not the only person with this problem, so I can’t believe it hasn’t been fixed. I ordered something that was time sensitive and it said there was an issue with the delivery. I assumed our mailbox was too full. After checking it, it was empty as could be with no pink slip, as well as all the extra package compartments open. The next day was when I received the pink slip. Of course because of life being what it is I wasn’t free until after 4, which is when our lovely government buildings close up (I understand this is no fault of the workers). This is just one of many problems we have had with our mail since moving to Stanton. Everyone I’ve met AT the office is so sweet and eager to help, so I don’t understand why we have this problem."
"One lady here just needs to be fired. Constantly sending my mail back because she thinks she knows everyone in town and just returns mine every time. I know it doesn’t only happen to me because I’ve spoken to other people in town. Do your job correctly. I’m tired of not getting mail and not being able to get anything done because you send it back because I don’t have a PO Box. I use my moms mail box for a reason, that’s why it has her address. Look at the address not the name, are you incompetent??"
"The fact that the post office is closed on Saturdays is frustrating. I have a small business and sometimes deliveries fall on a Saturday. I have had packages returned simply because they are not able to deliver. And furthermore, I would have them deliver to my current residence; but half the time my home address is not searchable for some reason. My complaint is not against the employees, but against the postal service itself. Post offices across America are open half a day on Saturdays, but not this lovly one horse town."
"I have never met a postal worker that dislokes their job so much. We get mail at our home in the country but we do get packages we have to pick up there every now and then. I dont even like going up there twice a month to pick them up. There is one worker that is mean as he can be. The words customer service are empty words to him. I have also gotten mail with our country address in a p.o. box that was not our. We know the people that have the box. This is the worst post office!"
