"Use to be a great bank with great people. Been with them for 10 years for them to tell me they can't cash my check that they have cashed before. They cashed a check from this person awhile ago. So even with proof that we have used this person before they said they can not do anything with the check but put it on a 5 day hold!! 5 DAYS!! I worked 5 days just to get it!! I have a bank so you can deposit my money and get some cash but I show up and get told I can't help you. I am very disappointed in the staff. Do better!"

"Wow, im shocked at others reviews cause i been banking here for over a year. Yes long lines if you're going during peak times which is expected. But i always go before "rush hour" and im always in and out quickly! Great fun staff that greet you by name and always smiling. Love the more personal experience where you feel you matter. You can tell customer service is their #1. Never once had an issue.. Though my account is always been in the positive too."
