"I was racially profiled at this location and it’s been weighing heavily on my heart. I came to this location on my way to Forth Worth to pick up my car from the shop. I needed to cash my western union money orders in that I purchased a week prior for my rent. The money orders have not been signed, the receipts was still attached, plus I still had my paper receipt. This a check cashing place and check cashing places the only place you can cash in a money order. The lady that was assisting me said her system is referring me to a bank so they can’t cash it in. I was so confused because you can only cash in a money order at a check cashing place. It was another employee standing next to her staring at me with a disgusting look on her face. I felt so uncomfortable I just left instead of asking for a supervisor. I went across the street to Speedy Cash and they helped me with no problem. I have used PLS a lot and all of them are not like this. The manager at this location need to hire more diversity because the racism from the many Hispanics that work at this location needs to be investigated. As a black woman I will not be back to this location."

"I came today to pay my rent as usual and the cashier was very efficient as is everyone at this location. I am big on the attentiveness and professionalism of any establishment and I see the sense of urgency for service here. Avoid the other location on pioneer definitely come to this one. Everyone will give you great costumer service."

"Upon arriving in this location all employees were eager to greet I was very impressed! The young lady that was helping me, I think was new however she asked for assistance several times and the young lady that was assisting her I assume was a manager for this location. She could not give her full attention because she was on a personal phone call about her son’s hair cut and sending a cash app to whomever for the haircut, which caused the process to take longer than expected."
