"I was a patient of Pamela for several years, she helped me through some very hard times no details since my name is on this review but trust me when I say she is very professional yet friendly at the same time. I can’t believe the reviewer just before me. Perhaps she was so distraught she wasn’t able to communicate or comprehend details very well. And Graig who manages the office, working at the front desk. I found him to be friendly and very consciences all the time. Don’t know who she worked with. They do take insurance, just not all of them. I’m trying to see Pamela again and since I saw her last I’ve “aged out” LOL. I’m on Medicare now with a supplemental insurance. She does not participate with Medicare but does accept my secondary insurance. I’m going to have to do some checking around on my out of pocket costs and how it would work with my supplemental insurance paying when my primary insurance isn’t used."

"This place gets zero stars because they took advantage of a sad vulnerable person. Price was discussed and a rate was given. Upon appt the price had changed to a higher amount for no reason,no one called to discuss if so and surprised me when I go to the appt. The guy at desk could care less and the counselor Jackie never even called to discuss the matter after the fact knowing I left so upset. I would not even try this place. They don't take insurance so they can take advantage of desperate people. Not cool!!!"
