"This location is very unprofessional. Every time I come to get a mice for my snake, it takes more than 10 minutes because the employees are on their cell phones. Instead of helping customers, they rather be on social media. Highly DO NOT recommend this location in Pearland."

"Was looking for a specific item from the website in stock at this location. Could not find it so went to the front register asking for help. Workers name is NEESA. Rather than helping me look for it, she made up some excuse saying it may be in stock online but they had a late shipment and if I couldn’t find it then the item is still on the palette. I left to the parking lot, called a customer service worker in this location, asked them to see if this item was in stock and indeed they found it. They told me where it was, I went back in and purchased the item that I was told, by NEESA, was not going to be out on the shelves. Bad customer service from NEESA, rather than helping me find the item and making a sale she said something just so I could just leave. She also was in and out of using her phone as she was ringing me up which I found rude. Much appreciation to the worker that picked up my call and actually helped me locate the item."

"This Petco store is the best and my dog groomer Nina is a God sent for my baby Chance she is the absolute best!! She’s the only one that he will let touch him as far as grooming! Hands down to Nina! We will follow her to the moon and back we travel from northwest Houston just for her grooming excellence! I Definitely recommend Nina for your dog grooming needs!"

"Good store! I’ve been satisfied at the Pearland Parkway location for quality and customer service. They usually have a cat or two in the back that you can pet through the holes in the plexiglass. I purchased a ball Python here and he is healthy and thriving. Large selection of food, toys, bedding, fish, rodents, and reptiles. Occasionally I catch the humidity levels off in the reptile enclosures, and the area is busy/congested especially in the afternoon and evening hours. They sell reptile food, so I come here often. My two cats benefit from my impulse buying too! Overall, I’m satisfied with this store, I’d recommend a visit. Pet the kitties!!"
