"I would not even give this bank 1 star but had put a star. This bank is very unprofessional never put the customer’s first. We never received our bank card it’s been 2 months we could not have access to our money. We decided to come in to cancel our account they still charged us the fee funny the manager couldn’t waive the fee just gave us excuses that they got new system. I don’t understand how that is our fault and waited an hour to cancel our account.We went to Security Service after they help us so quick gave us a bank card same day. Big mistake coming to Freedom Bank."
