"Highly disappointed. The interaction made with the scheduler was cold, insensitive to the situation at hand, and quite frankly rude. Knowing I was in the car with my child, she still spoke about him and he heard everything. He was in tears after the call. For a child going through some hardships and the parent trying to cope, this is the last thing needed. I was speechless during the call. I have never experienced something so unprofessional. Now for him to build up trust and confidence to even try therapy after this is going to be an uphill battle."
"WORST EXPERIENCE POSSIBLE!!!!! Yes communication with the office is terrible but I took my daughter here to help her through a rough patch due to family/court issues. I signed her up and found out after I was turned into CPS that the counselor was letting the new step mom and cause of our issues into the room and step mom, whom I've never interacted with, told her lies to get me in trouble as we are in court!!! Completely unprofessional. Shouldn't be legal to have someone that is not immediate family in the room at all when I can't even get updates on progress or any info unless Dad signs off!!!! Don't ever take children here. They ruin lives."
"My daughter has received therapy sessions at this office for about 3 months. They are prompt with their communication, the are professional, and they are courteous. I would definitely recommend them, plus my daughter has made huge positive progress within a short span of time. I couldn’t be happier with my decision to bring my daughter to them."
"My children are patients of this practice. Both of the therapists that my children see are fantastic. However, the business office / receptionist is abysmal. When you call you should always expect an answering machine. When you leave a message you should not expect any return communication. Luckily for me, I don't need to communicate with the receptionist or business office often but when I do it is usually an emergency and I am left disappointed."
"After two weeks of emails back and forth. I got note referring me to another therapist. From my heart I wish director of this place will revise the process of how this facility is ran. People are coming to your center bsc they have mental health not cs they don't have anything to do in their lives. Communication via emails that may take a weeks to find right therapist, and answer questions..ect. I receive emails after 10 pm. Before 8 am. !!! Again communication is key for any business to succeed. Good luck and thanks for wasting my time."
