"I went for my daughter and the guy who did the evaluation was wearing sweatpants and a sweatshirt and looked and acted like a highschool student. He seemed like he had never done one of these evaluations before and was way too informal about everything. And it's like he didn't understand that it was a child that was being evaluated. The receptionist told me that I didn't bring the right insurance card or something and acted like I had no idea how Medicaid worked even though I've been to all of my doctor's offices without any real issues because they DO understand how Medicaid works. I had to convince the lady that they can use my daughter's Medicaid number for the insurance. On top of that, I waited almost 2 months for them to call me and say they have more questions and that after that, they'll have the evaluation done very soon. It's been a month after that and I haven't heard squat. So 3 months to get a child evaluated for ADHD. That's ridiculous."

"I did not go here because the receptionist was unhelpful and seemed irritated with me for asking basic questions about who I would be seeing. Poor customer service, which seems to be the standard in this industry."

"One of my pet peeves is the length of time I spend waiting to see a doctor ..Feeling as if my time is not valuable..I was pleasantly surprised , Dr. Hundall front line staff did not overbook ..Customer Service is as important as Doctor Hudnall’s specialized care..My first visit was more than I expected..My experience gave me the security to recommend others to use Dr.Hudnall as their Psychologist."

"Disorganized, slow to respond, they will surprise you with hefty bills with no warning, receptionist is rude and unpleasant (although she does try to force a pleasant tone in her voice, she will cut you off and talk to you like you’re stupid for asking questions about their incredibly disorganized process), the assistant doctor is fresh out of college, and lacks proper people skills. This place is a wreck. I didn’t even get to speak with the main doctor advertised in the google listing. Terrible experience from start to finish and I can’t even get proper help from them on the diagnosis they placed on me. I wish I had gone elsewhere for this assessment test."
