"Got a loan and was told that the payment was gonna be monthly, asked if I wanted recurring payments which I said no and they still went ahead and put it as incurring payments from my bank. Now I'm overdrawn. They said it would be monthly. Just wanna pay and never get a loan from them again. If your debating on getting a loan with them don't. They will straight up lie to you and justify themselves one way or another. I spoke to them addressed the situation and the guy got aggressive and started yelling that he didn't say that when I know specifically what I had asked. They gaslight you and are very unprofessional. If I had the option I would have put 0 stars. This is horrible! Never again"
