"I was surprised by the low reviews here. I’ve been a patient at Clearhope for a month now and have had zero issues. To be completely honest I saw a few different therapists other places bf finding Clearhope and was feeling pretty hopeless. When I saw them on my ins I was skeptical at first but felt like private care was getting me nowhere fast. From my first phone call I felt like it was easy. I explained what I was going through and they gave options for therapists. When I read up on them and saw Brina I felt like her treatments were just what I needed. After meeting Brina for the first time I knew immediately she was the one to help me. She listens! Actually listens!! And provides excellent therapeutic exercises and direction. She just listens and helps me. From the beginning of filling out paperwork to payment to my first meeting, everything was just easy and it felt good. I cannot say enough good things about Clearhope health and wellness!!"

"I've been going here for a couple of years now. The first thing that I want to point out is that the therapists are phenomenal; the problem is with the business. You'll get plenty of support from your therapist, but the business doesn't care a lick about you. They don't answer the phone when you call, they won't refer you to any resources if you're struggling, they won't follow up if you provide feedback, and they certainly don't empathize with you. I have tried emailing, calling, and visiting the office in-person. In the former two circumstances, I just didn't get a response. When I made the in-person visit. I was rudely dismissed because the person in the office was "too busy" for me. So I waited. When she came back, I could smell the odor of cigarette smoke. It appears that the important business that she needed to attend to was a smoke break. I would just have to wait. Despite having one of the best therapists in the world there, I can't continue to support Clearhope with my business. They are scaling quickly and forgetting about their patients while they do it. If you need a new therapist, I would recommend looking around for someone else - and specifically for a business that will care about you. This is supposed to be a therapy practice first and foremost."
