"Professional, Compassionate, Patient, understanding... I have the utmost confidence in her abilities. She knows where to push gently, yet firmly, and when to empathize. Her information and guidance are "right-on". She is truly an expert in her field, exceptional! My time with her is never wasted. If I get off track, she gets me right back on. Her professional advice is on target, if it doesn't work it's invariably me. I highly value and trust her. No matter what I have trouble with she has the answer. I have struggled many years with my anxiety, seen several therapists who let me ramble on as they watched the clock, giving little advice or direction. She has opened the door for me. I've seen great changes in myself. I still have a ways to go, but she has given me the tools, encouragement, support, motivation, and confidence to address my fears.
