Reviews of Dr. Fasiha Haq, Jellirica Tan, NP, Sheyla Randle, NP -Texas Behavioral Health
"I can't give them a 1 star because it feels too harsh, but this group hardly deserves a 2. Last year in 2021, I came to them for ADHD testing. After an initial intake, they forgot to pass on my referral to the testing department for months. Only after I called to see what was going on did they finally process my referral at the end of March. Following two more sessions of testing and two additional weeks of review, I had an appointment to go over my results with my initial practitioner. As we started the call, the NP realized that they had attached the WRONG PATIENT INFORMATION to my file. She got off the call for 10 minutes to hurriedly review what I can only hope is the correct file, and spent another 10 minutes diagnosing me with wholly separate disorders, one of which I already knew I had, and the other for which I don't even have 2/11 of the required DSM-5 symptoms. Don't waste your time or money with this group."
"I went in on 4/8 as a new patient. I saw Sheyla Randle. She was so very sweet and took her time listening to me and understanding what I needed. However, I was started on a new medication and within 4 hours of taking my first dose, I broke out in an painful all over body rash. Luckily, I work in dermatology and was able to get help but I have called this office twice now and left two messages, and still have not received a call back. I understand that my case may not be emergent in psychiatry (as I am not suicidal or homicidal) but this rash was EVERYWHERE and extremely painful. It took oral and topical steroids to calm down and this was after only ONE dose. I am baffled by the lack of communication. Today I will be calling, for the third time, to cancel my two week follow up. My mental heath is too important to be pushed aside."
"It took a total of 4 phone calls to set an appointment. This does not bode well. I’m considering cancelling the appointment. I repeated everything numerous times. He set an appointment then called back and said that date and time were not available. I asked to have the office address emailed he said if I had a pencil and paper he could give it to me. I do everything electronically so I again asked to have it emailed. It has yet to arrive. My thoughts are the frustrations of dealing with this group would exacerbate my symptoms. Yep gonna cancel"
"I'm trying to understand at what point is it illegal for the clerks in the front office able to block a patient from getting a message or contact with the Psychiatrist. I feel horrible having to post this because Dr. Haq and her Nurses are great! I feel like I have to get through Fort Knox to get a message to MY Psychiatrist. The front staff behave as though they are doing me a favor and I'm at their mercy. I pay for a service. It is not free. The office staff is the reason I need meds. For follow up appointments I always excited to see the doctor to give her my great update. After dealing with the staff, not allowing me to complete a sentence, talking over me, rude, high turnover, incompetent clerks, I need more meds. I tried. Can't do it anymore."
"05.24.2017 The current new office staff are incompetent. I'm not sure what happened to the previous staff, but the current are unsympathetic, rude, unorganized, do not return calls, give incorrect information, etc. I love the service I get from Dr. Haq, she is great! But dealing with this new staff has me so upset that I'm feel like I'm having a setback in my progress and I am considering changing doctors. If I have to put up with the current front staff and they do not receive training and sensitivity training, I will find another doctor!"
