"I do not recommend this place. I was treated very poorly so do not want anyone else to endure the awful customer service I did. Called ahead twice to have my rings resized and was assured on the first call there would be no problem. On the second call, I was told he would look at them and see. When I arrived, the owner, Skip, said he wouldn’t do it because I didn’t buy the rings there, which I had mentioned on both phone calls. My husband has a jeweler he prefers. My family and I have purchased many thousands of dollars of jewelry from him so I am still shocked about being turned away. Go somewhere where your business is appreciated. I prefer diamonds that are not lab created, anyway."
