"Finally a post office with people who are FRIENDLY. I love the sweet ladies that work there. I’m always greeted with a smile and they don’t make me feel like I’m a burden for coming to check my mail (like the previous town I lived in). Don’t know why the other reviews are so negative, but I guess because they were years ago. Love this post office, it’s fantastic!"
"Lady working today was very friendly and had a smile. They also provided fast service when I was in line"
"I do NOT like this post office. When it has the physical address on it and it is a very important mail they will send it back to the sender. When it is not that important mail and it has the physical address on it they will put into your box there is the past office box. What is the different between the not so important mail and the very important mail. They know what box to put it in. I have had some checks sent back here recently that amounted over $1,300.00 sent back because it had my physical address on it. I just received is a small package sent to the post office and they put it into my box today. Like I said earlier what is the different between the not so important mail and the very important mail. They need to put all of the mail in our boxes. Because this is a very small town where everyone knows everybody. I just wished that they would have a walking post person to deliver our mail to our place of living. What are they there for if they are going to be sending our important mail back instead of putting it in our box? That just shows that they are not very good for it they are sending the important mail back knowing everyone and knowing what box is everyone has. I just wished that there was a way for my son and me to get away from here. If I could afford for us to get away I would and not look back. If I could rate this post office I would rate them a zero. A BIG FAT 0"
"Uneducated people who don't know how to do the job correctly. Very unprofessional and discourteous. Very unpleasant and not trying to help in anyway. Treats customers as if the customers are an inconvenience. Asked for a receipt to show confirmation of receipt of packages. Was told that they couldn't provide a receipt because they did not know how or wouldn't take the time. Very disconcerting to think that these people work there handling very important packages, documents and are inadequating trained. I regret leaving my packages in the hands of these people and the packages probably won't be delivered and I have no proof of receipt. Is this going to continue without any kind of managerial intervention? And do the employees not have any type of shame or even the common decency toward there fellow man? Horrible , horrible experience."
