"I usually like this Walgreens because it’s in my neighborhood but I want you to beware of a woman that works in the Pharmacy named Lee Ann. I’m not sure if she is new but she is giving out highly incorrect information regarding medication. Instead of asking for help she rather give out the wrong information which sends customers to other Walgreens all around town. It’s okay to ask for help when you don’t know. It’s not okay to give false information and waste people’s time. Shame shame Lee Anne. Shame Shame."
"Not organized, I’ve had issues on my account, and multiple calls to pick up a RX , that was picked up a week prior. 0/10 customer service via the drive thru. Some form of customer service training is strongly recommended."
"Walgreens has all of my pharmacy business. Their app works great and the lines move pretty fast. I’ve found most of the pharmacy staff to be very helpful, and they typically fill prescriptions really quickly."
"They have great selection of valentine candy, by I was not impressed by one of the staff. I would of bagged my own stuff if I knew how the employee was gonna lick their finger to open up the plastic bags. This is a pharmacy for crying out loud. Please equip staff with hand sanitizer so they can use that instead of germs from mouth if they have trouble opening up plastic bags. That and I wish the employee said something to a customer that walked in. I was checking out and someone walked in and for a good 3mins or more, just stood there, kind of spaced out. I wish the customer kept his distance, for he was too close. I tried saying something to the dude, but I didn't do a good job. He was in my personal space while checking out and I don't appreciate that. I appreciate being checked out, but please heed what I say and get the hand sanitizer out. Only then will I'll probably up the star review. No lick fingers!"
"Pharmacy techs have no customer service service skills. Refuse to listen when asked to run insurance because this is an issue we always have because they are incapable of saving insurance information correctly. Had to get my insurance on the phone to settle the issue. Shame because this pharmacy used to be good. Called corporate so hopefully the regional manager can address falling standards."
