"I am writing this review with a heavy heart, as our recent experience at Natural Pawz Sterling Ridge The Woodlands left us extremely disappointed and frustrated. It was our first time bringing our beloved puppy for grooming, and sadly, it will be our last. We provided clear instructions for the specific haircut we wanted, but those instructions were completely disregarded. Instead of respecting our wishes, the groomer did what they thought would look best. The result was far from what we had envisioned, and it left our puppy looking nothing like what we had asked for. Communication is paramount in any service industry, and the fact that our instructions were ignored is unacceptable. We entrusted our pet's care to Natural Pawz Sterling Ridge The Woodlands, hoping for a positive experience, but sadly, that was not the case. We had high hopes, but this experience fell far short of our expectations. As a result, we will not be returning to Natural Pawz Sterling Ridge The Woodlands and will be seeking a groomer who values and respects the preferences of their clients.
