"We boarded our mini labdoodle at QQ Pups this past weekend for 3 nights when we’re out of town. It’s the first time for us to leave our pet at a dog boarding place so we were a little concerned. Benny at QQ Pups took care of pet for us. He sent me video clips daily. I picked up our mini labdoodle today. Everything is good. Will definitely use QQ Pups again next time when we need to leave town."

"We have been going to QQ Pups for a long time. We really liked the groomer and owner. Lately, they have been randomly closed, and we have had two appointments that when we showed up, nobody was there. Business is closed. I am sure they are going through a difficult time but it is not professional. No phone call, no messages, no warning. We drove all the way there and seeing other clients outside i can see it’s not just us!"

"We boarded our dog here for 5 nights. He came back with raw belly, privates, and balls. I left my dog with a diaper on because he get nervous and pees during car rides. I told the staff they can take it off and I just put it on for the car ride...I went back to get my dog after five (5) days with a WET pee stain all the way to his back!!! That tells me they never took it off and most likely never checked on my dog the entire time!!! My dog is now withdrawn and isn't the same playful dog. This place is horrible! They are close on Mondays and when I picked my dog up on Tuesday, no one was there either. I would be surprised if someone even feeds the dogs or walk them like they tell you they do! DO NOT TAKE YOUR PETS HERE!"

"After change of new mgr and owners, this place went downhill. First time groomer cut my dogs eye lid, I didn't say anything about it. Second time they were blowing up my phone about the dogs being ready when I told her I was on the way. I was not late, it was only 3 or 4p. They also said my small sized poodle bites and aggressive when he's been coming here for years. Maybe they were aggressive to my dogs. Something didn't feel right about the change. I can tell my dogs felt the same. This used to be a happy place with the old staff. Not anymore!! After reading some of the newer reviews it’s not just us."

"I always call a few days ahead but I’m not sure they actually reserve appointment slots — however I’ve never had issues dropping my minipoo off and getting him back in a timely manner. The “fancy” groomer only works sat/sun so if you have a special grooming request like me those are your options. The staff is friendly and always reviews what I want before I drop off. I originally came here because it’s close to my house so I got really lucky that such a great grooming team is so close!"
