"Wow! A lot of ya'll are very ungrateful and rude. The staff there was NEVER anything but good to me and everyone there. Me and my sister were both there. She came out a whole new person. Also you only get short phone calls when your on NC and your only on NC when you behave poorly. They put in a lot of effort to make you feel safe and comfortable. The staff there was amazing. Male and female. All that abuse and neglect talk is just straight up bull. They work hard and put in there best to help us which isn't easy. Also "throwing your child on the floor and sitting on them" is called RESTRAINING, it is only done when necessary, and it does not hurt. New Hope is very clean, food was great, teachers were kind, staff was understanding, fair, and coolheaded. Which is a lot more than I can say about a lot of people. Plus there was a lot of BTS. (Thanks Ms. Jamie.) I really appreciate everything ya'll did for me."

Ms. Alicia passed during my stay, I had nightmares and saw her in the hallways after, but she was an amazing person. "I just was discharged from New Hope a little under a month ago, and to tell the truth, I left a new person. I have learned to better cope with my feelings instead of acting on them. There were ups and downs, although that was to be expected, and in the end, I am now a better person thanks to the people who actually cared in the one place I didn't expext to find care. I would highly recommend this place, and this is coming from a resident who's been there myself. I will help if YOU let it. And only then, fighting the program gets you nowhere, believe me I know this personally. If you're willing to accept help I would say that this is a very good place to start."
