"I had drinks and two appetizers, jalapeno poppers and cheese curds. I thought both were good. They both came with ranch dressing. The margaritas are also always good. A big draw for me is the location on the Rock River. I really enjoy having a few drinks at the bar with a view of the water, the boats, and the people when the weather is nice. I can't think of another place in Beloit that offers this same kind of atmosphere. The Rock is definitely unique in this regard. In terms of what needs to be improved, the only thing I can think of is it would be nice to have a special Happy Hour menu that lists the actual prices of the appetizers during Happy Hour. It would just be a lot more convenient for everyone, customers and employees alike. Buffalo Wild Wings does this, and I think it helps a lot."

"Made an impromptu stop by google recommendation. Menu not at all allergy friendly. And service was lack luster. Alerted our sever to an egg allergy and ended up with an exposure due to Mayo in the artichoke dip. Despite the allergy issue the food was average for pub food. Would be worth the stop by for drinks only."

"We went on a Tuesday night and it wasn’t too busy. Great food! I got the salmon sandwich with sweet potato fries and my boyfriend got a salmon wrap with fries. Everything came out quick and was delicious! The salmon was juicy and great! Loved the sauce they put on the burger. I liked the atmosphere too. There was outdoor seating and lots of seating indoors. They have live music some nights as well. I recommend checking their website for their live shows calendar. They also have sand volleyball outside. The restaurant is located right on the rock river which provides some great views. The rum punch I highly recommend (pictured below)! It’s sweet and delicious. Perfect and refreshing for a summer evening."
