"The entire staff is amazing, they are always so kind with us and our son loves being there. Its a great place for our son to learn, interact and play with other kids. They keep us updated with naps, eating, or if they get any little bumps playing they let us know. Also sending an occasional picture which is always appreciated. When picking up my son, all the kids seem happy being there and all the staff is smiling. They say it takes a village to raise a child and we're very fortunate Buckaroos staff is part of our child's "village"."

"I was treated poorly by the owner. I was very excited to put my two girls in this daycare. However, two weeks after starting my job, I was told that the only wanted full time children and not part time. I was very confused over this because I was upfront in the beginning that part time was perfectly fine, so why the sudden change is very beyond me...she then acted as if I was lying when I told her that they told me part time was fine. I'm so mind boggled by this entire ordeal. When I responded with...okay...well I guess we can look elsewhere for another childcare provider, she responded to me with a very rude and snide remark stating "well whatever works best for you guys"??????? Well...obviously I wasnt the one with the issue so I'm just really unsure why she responded with that. She then later apologized to my husband when he went to pick up my daughters telling him that the conversation "heated up so quickly". However, I feel I handled myself very well in that situation and was much more confused than angry. I felt more attack on her behalf. We held up our end of the bargain and paid on time each week. If there had been an issue, I feel she should have simply taken me aside to discuss it with me rather than the way she went about it. EXTREMELY unprofessional in my opinion. Also, the rooms always seem to have more kids in them than what one adult can or should be managing. That was a bit of a worry for me. When my husband picked up my daughters the last day, after the entire ordeal, my two year old had a dirty diaper on and her shoes on backwards. She also kept saying "mommy mad. Mommy mean" to my husband. That's very concerning to me considering what had just happened that day. I had high hopes for buckaroos because as any parent knows, leaving your child with another adult and trusting them care for your babies as much as you do is a very scary and stressful thing to deal with! Unfortunately, Buckaroos was not quite what they played out to be and we will NEVER be taking our children there again. I'm so upset over how the owner treated me today. It's such a sad thing when greed and money gets in the way of taking care of children. I understand it is s business and they need to make money, but why agree to part time (or even offer part time) when you are only looking for full time children? It makes NO sense to me! And to basically call me a liar then turn around and tell my husband that she "forgot" she had agreed to that??? Nope. I'll take my children and my money elsewhere!!! This place is for sure just looking for big paychecks."

"I absolutely love this place my boys have such a great time and learn so much while their there and when I pick them up their always so happy!!! The only down fall is you must have a 1st shift job or a job that won't draft you or ask u to do split shifts because their only open until 530pm"
