I'm so very glad that I decided to give them a try. I placed an order for the customized Kitty Holster, with the special narrow neck, and I added embroidery to personalize it. I emailed back and forth with Jennifer before and during the ordering process, and she went above and beyond to help me with measuring my cat, and making sure that I got the appropriate size. We received our customized kitty holster, and it is absolutely beautiful. Wonderful quality, with professional stitchwork, and I have never seen any harness fit him so perfectly. My husband and I were more than impressed. Any harness strong and secure enough to hold Ziggy in the air and still not be able to wiggle out of it, that's an exceptional harness. We could not be happier with our Kitty Holster harness. We feel so comfortable and confident now, knowing that we don't have to worry about him doing an alligator roll and escaping.
