"My 4-year-old attends daycare 5 days a week and has struggled with understanding/expressing. We were urged to place him in Speech Therapy after he started showing frustrations during class. So I reached out to multiple Speech programs in the area, one being Cypress Speaks, back in Nov/Dec 2023. That same day I emailed inquiring about the insurance they accept, and evaluation/session costs....I received a response asking for a copy of my insurance card promptly followed by confirmation and cost amounts for everything. Their friendly and quick responses alone had me signing my son up for an evaluation. After the evaluation, they recommended a session schedule and an outline/lesson plan. They also recommend ways we can help at home with ways to approach certain learning situations. Fast forward to now, March 2024. My 4-year-old LOVES going to Speech and looks forward to seeing Emily & Victoria. He now has a better understanding of what/when/why questions, and he can identify Spatial Concepts more now. He can also express his feelings to myself and his teachers. This is all in 3-4 months with 2 sessions a week. We have not had any more incidents at daycare, and he is talking more to me throughout our day. Cannot express how grateful I am for finding Emily and her team! Great Team!"
