"Great choice of tap beers and a good size refrigerated section. Great place to relax or grab n go. I have seen children in here during the day but not at night. You can also bring food in here since they don’t sell food which is nice. Pet friendly too. Staff are polite but not outgoing. I’m not a regular. I do recommend."

"Ambience is crucial. Cool owner, great music, and vast selection of craft beers, and on top of that the fact they just have beer and wine you’re not going to get so many rowdy drunks like you would a regular bar. The most rowdy thing you’ll get here is a dog barking. hilarious posters in the bathroom, Nintendo switch and tv and board games but personally I enjoy the Tokyo Drift coffee with 30mg hemp soothes chronic pain and again there’s no rowdies so ironically it’s a good place to focus and write. At least when they don’t have the DJ in who is deafening in a way I think other people enjoy but not me."

"This was my first time trying out the Beer Shop with my out of town friend. It had a nice atmosphere with lots of choices of beer. Highly recommend that s'mores stout. The staff was friendly and let us know that people sit in to work all the time. They had board games on the side and dogs are allowed. Because of that, not a lot of food options. I think we saw some chips. It's in a area where you have access to several parking lots wirhin walking distance and the metra/green line was at most a block away. I'll have to stop by again when work is not so hectic."

"Friendly and neighborly place to have a sip. Buy something from the fridge to take home. Relax in an overstuffed chair or the sofa if you don’t want to sit at the bar. Fido is welcomed."
