"I went to this daycare as a child. Now that I am a Preschool teacher, I now see just how unprofessional this daycare really was. They have no training on how to properly handle children. They don't understand how their brains work and over use time out as a punishment. They always put the children in front of screens whenever they don't want to take care of them and they always threaten them with taking stuff away as a punishment scaring the kids NOT A GOOD DAYCARE!!! And the food tastes horrible"

"Initially I thought this facility and it's staff were amazing. I was snowballed to say the least. I walked in numerous times to see kids not being well supervised, staff with their eyes buried in their phones. My child had some behaviors that when I interviewed them they claimed they could handle. After several outbursts and working with them to eliminate the sources of the problem I had to resort to asking them not to give him foods high in sugar. They did not comply and do I asked them to not give him only the food that I provided. For about 2 weeks or more my child had no major behaviors until the day one of the staff provided him with cookies, 10 cookies from what my child told me. He had a major blow up on this day and was expelled for a week. During that week I had received a call from a staff member telling me my child was not welcome back period. I spoke with the assistant director who assured me she did not know who called me and that she would get back to me. I never heard from her. Fast forward a week or so after he should have been able to come back the director contacted my kiddos case manager and told them he could come back that they were sure it was a former disgruntled employee that must have called me. This being said, why does a former employee have my contact information in the first place. It was my understanding that only the director and assistant director had access to my personal information. I had by this time already made other arrangements for him to be cared for during non school hours. I do not recommend this day care and have filed a formal complaint with the state."
