"Terrible customer service, their computer system is from the 80’s! I thought Xcel was bad, this company cannot make it any harder for you to do business with them. The people that put 5 stars must work for WTG. The only place to get gas too, their answer was go all electric… okay Karen let’s just change my brand new house to all electric. Then the manager try’s coming out of his office with his chest puffed out, still buttoning up his shirt, come one man be more professional and be dressed for work at 8 am already or don’t come out to the front desk…. Terrible company never thought I would ever say give me Xcel gas back…"

"Started new service with them and very first phone call I made, the lady that answered is absolutely the rudest person ever. She gives off attitude and interrupts when you try to explain what you need done. I've been in customer service before and by reading other reviews, other customers have the same complaints of the person answering phones is rude. She needs an attitude adjustment or lose her job. Ridiculous how rude she is. Hate that I have to deal with a new company and first impression was not the greatest."
