"Spoke with who I believe is the local postmaster/manager. Very polite and helpful but I’m still dissatisfied with the service. Ordered an Amazon package for Saturday delivery to my apartment, the delivery was stopped and slated for rédelo very according to tracking. In reality it was set at the post office for local pickup despite not having sent a pink slip saying as much. The reason he gave for the failed delivery was that the office for the apartments was closed and that they would not deliver directly to the apartments because 1- there are stairs, and 2- the apartment buildings are spread out."
"So rude for no reason. Told me they couldn’t give me the packages that had a failed delivery for whatever reason because I need proof of address. I don’t live here. I’m visiting. They said they left a pink slip. I can’t find it, but if they could deliver the slip, why couldn’t they drop the package too? Makes no sense"
