"The office in e St Louis is by far the worse. My caseworker has consistently gotten my providers pay wrong for the past 6 months. They are always claiming they never received paperwork when they forget they have cameras that people can put in demands to have save to sue them for lying. My caseworker never calls me back. I have been trying to get corrected pay from June 2022 when my case was approved for my provider. I work 7days a week and my provider has been paid $20.09 a month. This is ridiculously crazy!!!!! I'm going to file a lawsuit here soon. If they don't wanna do their job then quit!!!"

"I like this place and their service but Kelly, The Tree Hut worker is extremely rude. She doesn't return calls and is short with me every time I call. I almost don't want to bother contacting them because of her level of rudeness. Update: this was worded it incorrectly. I very much meant Kelly, the chasi employee. She is the person who handles the tree hut accounts. I have not had one problem with Tree Hut."
