"New owners are not good! Never inviting or friendly, rude service and basically ignore you until they want our payment. Wish it were the owners from a cpl years ago that still owned it. There are literally 2 stores within 2 blocks of where I live but I preferred this 711 that's a mile from where I live, till now!! No more."

"I used to shop here frequently I will never again spend money with this establishment. The new managers and employees are extremely rude and entitled. They act like they are doing you a favor by providing basic customer service. I would rather pay DoorDash insanely high fees than purchase even a bottle of water from them."

"Went there 2 days in a row for a blue slurpee. One day light was not lit which means they are supposed to be ready. It was liquid not slurpee so someone did something wrong. Place has went downhill. Was not able to get one either day. I gave them two stars because the hot food case is usually full when I come in. Very disappointed."

"Won’t go to this location again. Went for Free Small Slurpee Day with my kids all under 10. We got our small Slurpee and go to check out and the worker says the promotion ended at 7pm (it was 7:04pm) and said he couldn’t apply the promotion. I don’t see anywhere where it says a time, just while supplies last. Won’t go there again!!"

"This place ILLEGALLY sells alcohol to intoxicated people. Multiple times. I have called and specifically asked them to stop this practice, explicitly naming a family member whom they keep selling too (while drunk), and yet they continue to do this. Good thing I’ve reported them to the police!"
