"Ben is arrogant AF and the work was so overpriced. I gave him a print out of the text I want in the exact cursive font I'd like. He took it upon himself to "correct" the style and didn't connect two of the letters like they were supposed to be. I didn't notice until it was healing and when I requested he connect the letters like he was supposed to he got his panties in a bunch for "telling him how to do his job" and refused. Sensitive little boy hiding behind the image of a tough metal head."
