"Bad Billing Practices. Made an appointment for 12/27/23, was told that I had already made met my deductible and I was not going to be charged anything. Went to my appointment. Now I receive a bill for $519.88, spoke to the billing manager the first time and she informed me that since it was the end of the year the review of my visit carried over into 2024 meaning that I hadn't met my 2024 deductible. After looking at my EOB, it looks like I came in for 3 visits in 2024 which I hadn't. I spoke again to the billing manager and she informed me that this was normal business practices. Also said she apologized for her folks not informing me that I would be charged for the review of my visit and her folks were not adequately trained. She said they just hired a new operations manager and they would start training everyone properly. Stay away from this place."

"First off shout out to the billing staff, they were extremely helpful with answering my questions, they knew what they were doing and what they were talking about and got requests done promptly. As for the evaluation, as one of the only places that can evaluate adults this experience was extremely disappointing. The written evaluation gave a result of high likelihood for the diagnosis I had inquiries about, however the person who did the evaluation disregarded this and dismissed my concerns as i “did not present with typical symptoms” and the symptoms I did present she stated she had not heard of before and the implication is that I made them up even though I have spoken about these issues with my regular psychiatrist going on years. She also suggested a different diagnosis which has never been presented by any other doctors nor do I have any of the “typical” symptoms of that diagnosis so I’m not sure where that came from. I would not recommend this place to an adult seeking a diagnosis, especially if you are female."

"I went to Stonebridge Behavioral for my son that was having some issues in school. We were really nervous and didn’t know what to expect, but after going, we realized it was a very smooth process. The amount of time it took wasn’t too long. It was efficient enough to get a report and share with the school. The staff was really nice and the front desk were extremely helpful and eased my anxiety that I had going into the process. They were even nice enough to get me in touch with the provider that saw my son and he called me within hours. Great place to go. Very busy, but in and out with the appropriate time to assess my child."

"I had an excellent experience with Stonebridge Behavioral Health! The customer service was top-notch, and the staff members were amazing from the moment I checked in to speaking with the psychologist and testers. Everyone was incredibly attentive and took the time to listen to my concerns. The level of care and professionalism demonstrated by the entire team was truly impressive. If I could give more stars, I would. I understand that it could take a couple weeks for the report, but given the attention to detail and care I received, I don't mind! "I'm grateful for the access to testing but overall the experience was the same with other facilities: negative bias, uninformed providers, given the run-around with staff, insurance debacles and poor office work. Entire pages of medical records were left out, and ignored even when I provided them in session. Medical history was not considered in the report. I stopped trying to communicate with their office to correct it after they failed to return my calls, including the clinic manager, to schedule the follow up I never properly received."
