Phase 4 Physiotherapy - Stone Oak

"So to be fair, the folks who work at this location are absolutely lovely and I do believe I received excellent care. This 1 star review is for their billing dpt. After attending multiple sessions I received a bill for 444.00. The way the charges list on your bill (when you do get it months later) are bananas. They truly gouge insurance for every possible thing. Again, the actual physical therapists are great but yikes. You will get a giant bill. I understand services cost money, and i'm happy to pay, but whyyyyy send in one lump sum after 6 sessions?! It's unreasonable. Be forewarned."

"Phase 4 Phisio should NOT be associated with Tricity Pain Associates. I had the same experience as some other reviewers. I apparently owed them a copay and was never asked to pay. I never received an invoice then was sent to a collection agency. When you try to call either Phase 4 or Tricity Pain the billing department NEVER answers the phone. I finally spoke to a human after choosing the "new patient" option on the phone line. Of course, they answer the phone when a new patient is calling. I am reporting Tricity Pain to the Better Business Bureau. (PS. Tyler did great work, too bad it was overshadowed by this organizations poor handling of patients). Tyler, move on!"

"Marta the same thing happened to me. Well the call wasn't rude ,but I was never asked to make a copay a Phase 4. I even asked several times do I need to pay and they said no. Tim West is great but I'm upset that I had to pay that large bill when I could have been paying it weekly."

"I received one of the rudest phone calls from a third party on Tricity Pain Associates' behalf. According to this company, my account is in collections. After doing some research, I found that Tricity Pain Assoc. was the biller for Phase Four Physiotherapy, where I saw Christian Miranda. Despite asking his front desk staff what I owe for my copay at every visit, they said they would send a bill later. Never once did I receive a bill, so I called to find out how they could send anything to a collections agency without attempting to reach the patient for payment. I spoke with Nova in TPA's billing office today, and she confirmed that no bills were ever sent via mail, email, or phone call, letting me know I had an outstanding balance. I don't recommend the practice because there should be no reason you send your patients' accounts to collections and cause them stress just because your staff is too lazy to do their jobs correctly."
