"Great therapists but not a good choice for my son with moderate Autism and non verbal with behavioral issues. Definitely a great place for children who will sit and follow directions easily."

"Do not bother calling or even going there beyond unprofessional. Calls never returned & when you do call them turns out you were the next call. You find out the day your scheduled that Authorization is over . Then starts the challenge of getting the paperwork back in order which is difficult for a team that cannot return calls. Advice you could pick a facility that cares for the benefits of helping a child in their already difficult journey rather than just having a place to go to punch in ."

"Epic Pediatric Therapy is completely unprofessional, not something I would expect from healthcare professionals. After reading the reviews, it is apparent this is normal for them. We first contacted them back in May 2019, and much like the other review, we were told they would not accept the evaluation the school district did, even though it was recent. We got the run around and they finally did the evaluation in August, 3 months later. We again never heard from them and on 9/30/19 we called to see when the first appointment was going to be scheduled, and were told that they had no therapist to give my son services. So they charged my insurance for an evaluation that was not needed and then 5 months later tell us they don't have a therapist available to provide the services. I requested to speak to a Mgr, and they are unavailable and wont return phone calls. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME contacting this so called healthcare provider and seek services elsewhere."

"The therapists are amazing. The problem is the coordinators responsible for intaking the children. They are incapable of completing things in a timely fashion. They took so long to get the paperwork done that my daughter had to get another round of evaluations. She still has not started therapy yet."

"This is the best place to bring your child if you want to really get them help. These awesome people had my daughter talking in under a month. She also has some OC and they go her using a spoon and writing very well in school."
