"I’ve come here 3x in the past few months. They are so great here! The shop is professional and clean, the music is good. The two artists I’ve worked with are Don and Ana. They are awesome ! It’s like talking to a friend when I was discussing my ideas and placements of the tattoos. Ana’s line work is impeccable, she did a piece on my arm that I constantly look at ❤️. "I had the WORSE experience here !!! Do not I repeat do not ever get a tattoo here. They are so unprofessional. I kept them updated that my tattoo was not healing correctly from the first day (mind you I have two full sleeves and leg tattoos.. not my first) they refused to accept the fact that I was unhappy and were making fun of me in my face. Mind you they refused to fix something PERMANENTLY on my body. They threaten to call the cops if I didn’t leave and blocked me on all social media platforms because I made a bad review. Not only did I waste my money but I have to live with this on my body permanently. I repeat do no ever go here. They want to be professional and offer a touch up now that I made my review public. I’m surprised you didn’t delete it or Block it like u did with all the other media platforms . My tattoo is not less than 2 weeks old but thanks"
