"I had very important work equipment shipped to me at this location. I received 2 text notifications that my package had arrived with the tracking number. I also received email from my place of employment stating equipment had been delivered and the address/location. When I arrived at the store I waited in line, as it was a little busy with only one cashier. (It is located in dollar general store) When I got to the cash register I let her know I was there for a package and gave her my driver's license. She had to walk to the back to check on it and seemed annoyed. She came back and said it's not here. I told her it has to be here I have texts and emails and it's very important. She said well it's not here. I told her I would check my texts, tracking and emails and be back. Sure enough I verified it was delivered there. So I went back inside and waited in line again. I told her it was indeed sent to this location and she said it not here she checked and I could talk to management after her line goes down. I said I would wait for manager. In the mean time the cashier keeps getting agitated with me. Even starts making a scene at the register with customers checking out while I keep repeating I'm not trying to argue with you I just need my package. My husband was standing there the whole time and chimed in and told them to look at the last name. The manager finally did that and sure enough came back with my package. This was a lot of drama just to pick up a package, which could have easily been avoided if they took the time to help me instead of brushing me off and being rude. I really hope no one ever sends me a package I need to pick up at this location."
