Reviews of Adams County: Family Community Resource Center
"There should not be an automated service. There should be a local office I can call and be transferred to a person that can connect me with a local caseworker. It's unbelievable how inept this public service is. If we cannot help our less fortunate in a timely less stressful manner, how do you expect anything to get better for all?"
"I spoke to an amazing person named Josh today while trying to get some questions about insurance answered. Not only was Josh able to answer my questions but lift my spirit too. Thanks Josh!"
"These people are the worst you wait 45 minutes to speak with someone and they're mad at you because you don't understand how the process works so they give you attitude and then they just hang up on you. Unbelievable. It's apparent that these people do not like their plush jobs. Their jobs are paid by our tax money I will be taking this complaint further up the ladder. Never mind that person obviously just needed coffee cuz I called back and got one of the nicest most professional individuals you could hear in her voice that she actually cared and wow she gave me totally different information that actually made sense and works. Carmetha. Give her a raise or move her up the ladder she is the only reason why I'm not making a complaint and since I went to school for law I don't think that would be a problem......Carmetha God bless you and keep doing what you do."
"Calling there now is so dumb. You can't get a real person. It's ridiculous just for answers when you can't go in person."
"The workers are very rude and on top of that, if you make an update to your information but it gets changed last second, they'll claim it's you're fault and not just a fact of life that payments change. They hardly ever call you back, you have KEEP calling! FAX them! It's the most effective way plus it shows proof of effort on your end and slack on theirs."
