"Horrible logistics company, no one answers the phone, I’ve been lied to about delivery when I actually have spoken to someone. Their tracking information does not update regularly, and it has been a overall stressful and down right atrocious experience I would give 0 stars if possible, avoid this company like the plague!!!"
"They don't deserve a single star. As others have said, I think there should be a petition for them to remove "Logistics" from their name, since that seems to be their weakest area. I actually don't know if they have a strong area, since that is all they do. I ordered something from Lowes, and it was shipping from Dallas to Austin. I ordered it March 27, and it was supposed to be in Austin Apr 1. Their tracking site was never updated, and when it was several days late, I finally called. They said it had arrived in Austin, but had not yet been scanned in. That was 4 days ago. It now indicates that it is in Austin, but there has been no action taken to actually deliver it. I'm not sure if I will ever receive it. I may try to go pick it up myself. Unfortunately, they are not open on weekends, so I have to wait until Monday to even try to call them."
"Honestly the incompetence from Ceva Logistics is laughable. Ordered a shower door via Costco and it was "lost" for 2 weeks between Dallas and Austin. Once it arrived in Austin I scheduled for delivery multiple times only to receive no calls and cancelations just kept rescheduling. I called the warehouse directly and was told "A lot of things have been moving around lately and we may have lost it". Only thing I could really do was laugh at this point. I replied with "Well if you ever find it call me" You'd think a logistics company that is always "moving things around", since thats their entire purpose for existing, they wouldn't just accidentally loose 143 pound packages but I dont run the worlds worst logistics company so what do I know. Anyways, if you're reading this it is probably because Ceva has failed you too or if your package just shipped with Ceva you might as well start a cancelation and get a refund request started now because its more likely you'll win the lottery than get your package. Thanks Ceva!"
"They provided possibly the worst service of my life. I ordered a bed though Amazon in late December and selected delivery to be on 2/16. I was given a 6a-6p window for delivery. On the 15th, I was called by Amazon and sent a message that my bed will arrive the next day (the 16th) and to expect a call when the driver is 30 minutes out. By 5p on the 16th, I had yet to receive a call. I contacted CEVA corporate and they immediately attempted to reach out to the local CEVA location to see where the item was. No one answered the call from the CEVA corporate agent on three separate attempts. At 6:30p I received a call from the local CEVA agent at the delivery warehouse saying they’re not sure why but nobody scanned or loaded my bed for delivery and it’s sitting in the warehouse. They assured me it would be delivered the next day (the 17th) by 2p. We needed this bed as we moved to a new house and did not have a bed. We had to sleep on the hardwood floor with a one year old….fun experience. On the 17th, at 1:30 my bed had not been delivered nor had I heard anything. I reached out to the local CEVA agent and did not get anyone to answer the phone on 5 separate attempts. On the 6th, someone finally answered. When asked about my bed, the agent stated the delivery driver couldn’t get to it today and will deliver the next day. We had to sleep on the floor, again. The same promise was made to me, it would be delivered the next day (the 18th) by 2p. At 2:30p I had not received the bed nor heard from the agent (or driver). I called the local CEVA location 9 times before anyone picked up. They assured me it would be delivered. At 6:45p the bed was finally delivered. This was the most horrid service any company could possibly provide. Please do not use their service."
"One of the worst delivery experiences I've ever had. The only time we get any communication is when I call them. The website is unreliable and doesn't reflect what's happening at the warehouse. I had to contact the product manufacturer to let them know what was happening in case we didn't get our delivery. At this point we've been rescheduled 5 times after being guaranteed it would be here the next day. If you get a choice in delivery pick anyone else."
